By accessing or using GlassBreakr ("the Service"), including the website (glassbreakr.com) and the desktop software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GlassBreakr (operated by ZMLabs).
GlassBreakr is an AI-powered frame generation software that uses your integrated GPU (iGPU) to generate interpolated frames, increasing your effective framerate in games. The Service includes the desktop application (Windows 10/11), the website, and any related services. The software runs entirely locally on your machine and does not transmit game data to external servers.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account, in accordance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR Article 8). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
During the launch period, GlassBreakr distributes a single build — ULTRA — free of charge for everyone; no payment is collected at this time. Paid plans may be introduced later. When paid subscriptions become available, the applicable prices, billing terms, and cancellation conditions will be presented to you before any purchase.

Each license is bound to one machine. During launch, the distributed ULTRA build has no session limit and no watermark.
GlassBreakr and all associated code, documentation, branding, and assets are the exclusive property of ZMLabs. The Service is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software according to your tier. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The interpolation engine ("RIFE-Nano") is a compact model architecture derived from the open-source RIFE project (Huang et al., ECCV 2022), used under the MIT license; its neural-network weights were trained by, and are the property of, ZMLabs. The distributed software also includes the following open-source components, used in accordance with their licenses (full notices in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt file included with the download):
Screenshots and benchmarks on our website may feature third-party games, including Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberpunk 2077 is a registered trademark of CD Projekt S.A. All game trademarks belong to their respective owners. GlassBreakr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. Third-party content is used for illustrative purposes only under fair use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with all hardware configurations, games, or anti-cheat systems. Performance results may vary based on your hardware specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlassBreakr and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer protection law.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature in your Dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Paid subscriptions are not yet available; should they launch, EU consumers will retain their statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) where applicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the member state where the operator is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the European Union. As an EU consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
